The envelope came all bent up and the photos inside got damaged too. Packaging was flimsy tbh, kinda disappointing

The site was simple enough to get through and it worked fine for me. I was a little skeptical because companies always make everything sound smoother than it actually is, but I only ran into a few minor hiccups and nothing that really got in the way...

I was surprised by how accurate the face recognition was, it picked out my kid in almost every photo, even in group shots and from weird angles. It saved me so much scrolling around — way easier than hunting through everything myself. Super simple to use and made ordering pictures a lot faster.

I used photoday to look at and order my kid’s pictures, and the site itself worked smoothly. The part that gave me pause was the privacy and security info. Maybe I’m just skeptical, but when it’s photos of kids and the details aren’t super easy to find, I start wondering why they’re not more upfront about who can access them or how long they stay online. Nothing actually went wrong, and ordering was simple enough, but it left me feeling a little guarded. Overall it’s okay, I just wish they were clearer about that stuff

I got into my gallery without any trouble, which was a relief. The link opened right away and it was easy enough to find the photos without having to deal with making an account or jumping through hoops. That part was nice. I just kind of felt brushed off overall, like getting access was simple but no one really cared beyond that.

"Shipping was kind of on them"
The photos turned out fine, no complaints there. But the shipping took longer than I expected, which was annoying and feels like that’s on them a bit. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just slower than it should’ve been. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I had to return my order and expected it to be a whole annoying thing. But nope, the refund came through fast and support was easy to deal with. I was kind of bracing for a hassle, then suddenly I was like, wait, that’s it? Not bad at all...

The support wasn’t bad, but it was definitely slower than what I’ve experienced with some competitors. I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but they did eventually help me get things sorted out.

"Checkout worked, but the payment part felt a little slow"
I was able to check out in the end, so nothing actually broke or stopped me from placing my order, but the payment page felt kind of clunky. It took longer than I expected to load and respond, and for a moment I wasn’t totally sure if it was processing or just hanging there. Not a huge deal since it did work, but the whole payment step could definitely feel a bit smoother and quicker.

PhotoDay did a really good job keeping me posted the whole way. I got texts and emails when the photos were ready, plus a few reminders so it didn’t totally slip my mind to order. Nothing felt confusing or like too much, honestly, just helpful. The notifications were simple, and I always knew what I was supposed to do next.

I ordered my kid’s photos right from my phone, and it was simple. The pages loaded in maybe a few seconds, checkout took around 2 minutes or so, and the confirmation came through almost right away. No problems on my end

It was really easy to order, honestly. I found my kid’s pictures fast, picked out what I wanted, and checkout was smooth. I got the confirmation right away too, so that was good. No problems with it at all, I’d use it again.

"Pretty fair deal for school photos"
I used photoday.com for my kid’s school pictures, the prices were actually reasonable. Shocking, I know, considering school photos usually feel like you’re funding a small royal wedding. I liked that I could just choose what I wanted instead of being forced into some giant package of prints I’d never use.
Checkout was simple, which I always appreciate because apparently that’s not a given anymore. The photos turned out nice, the value was better than I expected, and I didn’t feel totally robbed by the end of it. So yeah, no complaints from me...
